30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
The SPOL store has created this return policy. Through this, the buyer can easily return his product. Remember you have 30 days to return it after receiving your order. We will not accept returns after 30 days.
Return Process

If your return email is acceptable, we’ll send a return email with a shipping label and instructions on where and when to send the product, which you can download and print. Note that if you send the product without a return email, it will not be accepted.
Damage & Customer Remorse Problems
Please check after receiving your product if you find any damaged, incorrect or broken product or if you have purchased a product that you do not want. Please take a clear picture of the product and send the picture to our [email protected]
Conditions of Items We Allow being Returned
Remember you have 30 days to return it after receiving your order. Your product must be in new condition for return, including the original packaging and all labels, The product you got in that condition. If a product appears to have been used, your return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be automatically refunded in 3 business days to your original payment method.

There is no restocking fee for all products all over Europe.
